I made a purchase with them and sat around for over half an hour, yet my order status was still stuck on 'Processing'.

I tried reaching out through their Live Chat on the website, where it said I’d be chatting with 'Xavier Javis'. After a few minutes of waiting with no reply, I sent another message but got crickets. I even downloaded their app, thinking maybe the updates weren’t showing on the site, but it was the same deal. After I requested a refund (45 minutes post-order), it suddenly switched to 'Bot' instead of Xavier. I also hit them up on Instagram and sent an email, but again, no response.

Finally, after two hours, I got through to Xavier, who was super nice and handled my refund request right away. He was really polite, and I bumped up my review stars because of his great customer service.

The customer service here is terrible. Some fraudsters have set up their online store and are robbing unsuspecting folks in London. Seriously, folks, steer clear of these scammers and never share your bank details. It's just pathetic.

Awesome experience! Everything arrived right on schedule, and all the items were super fresh.

I placed my first order, but it never showed up, so I requested a refund. Two team members approved it. Now, three weeks have gone by, and after sending a bunch of emails and messages on Instagram, I still haven't seen my refund or heard back from anyone. The customer service is just awful.

Update: Just thirty minutes after I posted this review, I got an email saying they would process the refund, but I still haven't seen it. It's been a total of five weeks since I was supposed to get it. I've reached out via email several times, and there's been no reply. I definitely won't be recommending this service to my friends and family; in fact, I'll be telling them to steer clear.

Great service, helpful staff, and a solid selection of items. Honestly, I reckon I’d prefer to back local British shops over all these Turkish and German companies that are taking over London these days.
